CHRS presents “Ironwork on the Capitol Dome, Sept. 27, 7 p.m., at Hill Center, 921 Pennsylvania Ave SE. Seth Baum of Historical Arts and Casting, Inc. will describe the firm’s work in the recent restoration/reconstruction of the Capitol Dome.
