If you haven’t seen cookbook author/chef/storyteller Jonathan Bardzik cooking at Eastern Market recently, don’t worry. The personable Jonathan has been busy. He’s been promoting his three cookbooks: Fresh and Magical Vinaigrettes, Seasons to Taste and Simple Summer. All three are available at Hill’s Kitchen (713 D St. SE) and on Amazon.com.
“Secondly, people have asked me if I’m cooking at Eastern Market this year,” said Jonathan. “In addition to corporate keynote speaking, team building events and in-home teaching dinners, I’m cooking at 10 different markets in the Washington area.”
However, Jonathan emphasizes that Eastern Market is still his home and he’ll be making several appearances there on three fall Saturdays between 10 a.m. to noon: August 4; September 29 and November 17, the last weekend before Thanksgiving.
