Police Seek Identity of Northeast Armed Robber

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) First District are looking for help identifying and finding a suspect after a store on the 900 block of H Street NE was robbed on Monday October 8, 2018.

Around 12:24 p.m., the suspect entered a clothing and shoe store.  Once inside, the suspect pulled a gun and demanded money from the cash register.  The suspect took cash from the register and fled the scene.

The suspect was captured by a surveillance camera and can be seen in the photos below and in the video above.

Anyone who can identify this individual or who has knowledge of this incident should take no action but call police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department’s Text Tip Line at 50411. 

MPD  currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a violent crime, including armed robbery, committed in the District of Columbia.
