Congresswoman Requested She be Added to Agenda, Said Chair

Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) will make a presentation at the Tuesday meeting of the full Advisory Neighborhood Commission (ANC) 6B.

The congresswoman asked if she could be added to the agenda, said Chair Chander Jayaraman (6B08). She is expected to present early in the meeting.

Congresswoman Norton recently announced that the first hearing on a bill calling for DC Statehood is expected to be heard July 24. Norton has also advocated for the transfer of ownership of the property at RFK Campus to the District at fair market price.

The June meeting of ANC 6B takes place 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 11 at the Hill Center (921 Pennsylvania Ave. SE).
